AM- Morning run to Apple grove.
PM- Speed workout. Mile warmup, then four buddy 800's. Ty was my buddy. Wanted to hit half of a 5:15 each 800 and was able to. My laps got messed up but my ap was 5:05. Then we did some more sprint stuff on the track, which felt good. Mile cooldown. Also mildly weirded out that my total mileage for the day was 6.66.
