Short-Term Running Goals:
Improve my 3-Mile time by 1:06 during my 2016 cross country season.
Summer Ham Challenge goal: To keep my distance run average pace under 7:00 every time.
Run in interesting places, stay motivated, and enjoy being on a great team.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Be the best high school athlete I can be.
Continue to have a love of running as I progress past high school.
Personal:
I run cross country and track for Pleasant Grove High School. I've been a cross country captain for the past year. I'm 17 years old and I'm going to be a senior. I love going on runs with my friends and I enjoy even the most difficult runs.
3.03 morning run at a faster pace than usual, 7:36. In the afternoon we had a speed workout, so we did a mile warm-up and then 8 hill repeats. Mile cooldown after.
